Lo-Wu is a Music Producer, Sound Designer, Composer, DJ and South London native. With a passion for storytelling and world-building through sound across music, film, and theatre - blending styles and themes, uncovering musicality within naturalism.

As a Music Producer, Lo-Wu is known for his forward-thinking, innovative yet nostalgic sound that blends black dance music and diaspora sounds with soul and jazz. Lo-Wu is also 1/2 of rapper/producer duo Dips & Lo-Wu, and in 2021 the pair debuted a 10 track mixtape 'Idle Hands' - which features Lex Amor and others. They’ve since performed in various festivals, including Boomtown, Roundhouse, Boiler Room Festival and headline shows across London and venues in Europe.

When Toyin starts asking questions about her father's upbringing, Ola is forced to revisit his past. Shot between Nigeria and London, 'Oya, Dance' looks at how heritage can be passed down through memory and movement.
